Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking an Overnight Building Staff to monitor and control building access during overnight hours and to support tenants as needed. The role requires sensitivity to individuals with mental health or substance use histories and the ability to respond appropriately to incidents.

The position offers a wage of $21.12 per hour for a 36-hour work week, plus a $1,500 bonus after six months, and a generous benefits and time-off package.

Qualifications

• Experience working with sensitive populations is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training.
• Excellent conflict management and dispute resolution skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Shared belief in respect, empathy, and inclusion.
• Successful completion of background checks, a valid driver’s license and driving history acceptable to policy.
