Stew Leonard's is hiring an Overnight Bread Baker for a full-time, early-morning shift running from Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The role pays an estimated $20-$22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of handling baking duties with attention to food safety standards. The Bread Baker Level 1 will mix ingredients, measure dough, and prepare products like breads and bagels according to established standards.

Qualifications

• Baker experience required with ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Customer service skills to greet customers and respond to questions.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with store staff.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple calculations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare baked goods by measuring, mixing and molding dough to spec.
• Read and understand recipes and adjust as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Train other team members when required.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
