Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands’ Deep Eddy Vodka production facility in Buda, TX is seeking a Lead Production Team Lead. This on-site role supports the bottling line, ensuring smooth operation and end-product quality during a 12-hour overnight shift (5:30pm–6:00am).

You will direct line workers, coordinate with the Bottling Supervisor, and keep the line running at full capacity. Responsibilities include assigning work, training new staff, inspecting bottles, performing line positions as needed, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams on a bottling line.
• Ability to train new staff and manage line operators.
• Ability to operate or assist with bottling line equipment and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Direct work directions to team members on the bottling line.
• Assist Bottling Supervisor with operating decisions.
• Step in to perform all positions on the line as required.
• Train new employees in line positions.
• Oversee the assigned Line and ensure quality bottling processes.
• Collaborate with the Bottling Line Supervisor to address deficiencies.
• Inspect bottles for packaging quality as they move through the line.
• Maintain clean bottling lines using 5S techniques.
• Transfer cases weighing up to 50 pounds to keep production moving.
• Operate pallet jacks to move components and finished goods.
