Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret technical, operational, and safety information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive workplace matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between trainers, supervisors, and employees.
• Interpret instructions during hands-on training and daily operations.
• Translate job duties, procedures, work methods, and safety requirements.
• Observe trainers demonstrating job tasks and clearly communicate instructions to Spanish-speaking employees.
• Ensure employees understand operational, safety, quality, and production expectations.
• Assist employees in understanding workplace policies and procedures.
• Interpret conversations between employees and management when needed, including performance discussions and other sensitive communications.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and workplace information.
• Communicate accurately and professionally while maintaining the intended meaning and tone.
