Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and one of the foreign languages.
• 3-5 years’ experience in interpretation and training, preferably within a retail store environment.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site interpretation with human resources for onboarding processes, company meetings, department training, safety protocols, equipment handling, and OSHA requirements.
• Act as a real-time interpreter between management and staff to facilitate daily operations, interviews, performance reviews, and briefings.
