Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield MO is hiring a part-time Bellman/Shuttle Driver for night shifts (Monday and Tuesday, 11pm–7am). You will assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, and provide information about local services and hotel amenities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inspect rooms to ensure order and stock.
• Explain room features and in-room systems.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Page guests in the lobby, dining areas, and other areas.
• Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
• Maintain and fuel the courtesy van.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
