Job summary

Compass Health Network in Linn Creek is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Evenings) to support residential substance use treatment programs. The role runs Sunday–Thursday, 4:00pm–12:00am, totaling 40 hours weekly at Cedar Recovery Center.

Responsibilities include supervising recovery sessions, ensuring client safety, logging medications, and assisting with client orientation and documentation. Driving is a key part of the job.

Qualifications

As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
