Brightli in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I for overnight weekend coverage in a residential recovery setting. You will provide direct supervision, monitor safety, and support clients as they rest and transition through nighttime routines.

The role requires a High School diploma and two years of responsible employment; experience in human services preferred. You will collaborate with the treatment team, follow medication policies, assist with admissions, and help

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of responsible employment.
• Experience in Human Services, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Client Supervision: monitor clients during overnight hours to ensure safety and compliance with program expectations.
• Treatment Team Participation: observe and document client behaviors; communicate observations to supervisors and day staff.
• Program Compliance: ensure adherence to all program rules during overnight shifts; report concerns promptly.
• Medication Policies: follow policies and collaborate with nursing staff when medications are self-administered or administered by staff.
• Admissions and Orientation Support: assist with overnight admissions as needed.
• Client Support and Education: assist and educate clients with daily living activities overnight.
• Transportation Assistance: provide transportation support for clients as required during overnight hours.
