Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I in Saint Charles, MO. This full-time overnight role supports clients within Recovery Services, participating in treatment planning, documenting behaviors, and delivering a safe, therapeutic environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of responsible employment; experience in human services is preferred.

This includes monitoring daily activities, intervening/responding to crises, facilitating group education and structured activities, and transporting clients as needed. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for understanding the client's/patient's treatment plan, documenting their behaviors, and providing a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Active Participation: Participate as an integral member of the treatment team, assisting in identifying client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
