Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for an overnight Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in Bucks County, PA. The shift runs from 11pm to 9am, supporting residential operations and client care within a community-based program offering both partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

The role requires strong leadership, empathetic communication, and the ability to maintain a safe, recovery-oriented environment while ensuring adherence to all facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
