Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations including intake and transportation.
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and maintain a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Avenues rules and procedures.
