Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background screenings and drug testing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Current CDCA certification in the State of Ohio.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and intake procedures.
• Provide clear communication to clients during the admission process.
• Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report changes to clinical staff.
• Conduct regular headcounts and monitor client locations throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation groups and encourage participation in programming.
• Assist with client transportation as needed.
• Support clients experiencing emotional distress and assist with de-escalation.
• Complete required documentation, shift reports, and checklists accurately.
