Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two+ years experience in mental health/substance use/eating disorder field required.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire; training provided.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid plus Food Handling/Safety certification within 30 days; training provided.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
• Eating Disorder Division: minimum 1 year recovery from eating disorder if in recovery.

• Adheres to all Discovery Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
• Provides exemplary customer service to all patients.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per program schedule (mealtimes, hygiene, safety).
• Assists Nursing staff with duties (patient supervision, vitals, searches).
• Recognizes and responds to crisis situations with appropriate interventions.
• Monitors and documents patient activity; completes shift and group notes.
• Maintains safe, organized environment; conducts regular facility checks.
• Leads daily groups as directed by facility leadership.
