Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications using two identifiers and document administration.
• Monitor patient status, escalate changes to physicians promptly.
• Document thoroughly and ensure accurate handoffs between shifts.
