Job summary

Carolina Dunes Behavioral Health in Leland, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide nursing care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and develop patient care plans on a 12-hour shift schedule (7:00–7:00). The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in treatment unit activities.

Required are a nursing degree from an approved school, an active RN license, and CPR/de-escalation certifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient status and communicates findings to providers in a timely manner.

• Administers medications with double patient identifiers and monitors effects.
• Completes admission and discharge processes and documents thoroughly.
• Provides hand-off reports to oncoming staff and participates in unit activities.
