Liberation Programs is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Residential Support Staff for THRIVE, our residential treatment facility for women in Norwalk, CT. The role focuses on ensuring safety, emotional support, and smooth overnight operations for Recoverees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Crisis Management training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure emotional support and safety of Recoverees
• Conduct and document facility protocols
• Monitor Recoveree meals and medication schedules
• Smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of previous shift
• Maintain open line of communication with Clinical Supervisors and Program Director
• Conflict resolution, de-escalation & crisis intervention
