Job summary

Liberation Programs is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Support Staff for the THRIVE residential program in Norwalk, CT. The role supports counseling staff, helps maintain daily operations, and ensures residents receive timely responses to needs while upholding safety in the facility.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, crisis management experience, bilingual Spanish/English a big plus, and a valid driver's license. Schedule: Tue-Sat 3:00pm–11:30pm.

Liberation Programs' THRIVE is a residential program in Norwalk, CT for women. THRIVE is gender and trauma sensitive with an emphasis on individual and family needs. Throughout treatment, women are supported in managing challenges related to substance use disorder (SUD), building, enhancing and maintaining life skills, peer-to-peer support and accessing resources as they prepare to transition back to the community.

RECOVERY SUPPORT STAFF DUTIES

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Liberation provides services for youth, adults and families that include two inpatient treatment programs, outpatient and intensive outpatient services, health education for older adults and people living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses, treatment and resources for adolescents and their families, education and prevention efforts in the community, and permanent supportive housing for families.
