Liberation Programs is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Support Staff for the THRIVE program in Norwalk, CT. This role supports clients in a gender- and trauma-sensitive residential setting, focusing on life skills development and transitioning back to the community.

Responsibilities include keeping services on schedule, assisting counseling staff, and ensuring participant safety with timely responses. Schedule runs Tue–Sat, 3:00pm–11:30pm; pay is $19.00 per hour.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Crisis management experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English a huge plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Ensuring client services are on schedule and running smoothly.
• Supporting counseling & other staff in daily activities.
• Making sure all participants in the facility are safe and have their questions and needs addressed promptly.
