Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Bakery Production Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Brenham, TX. You will work on an active production line, rotating through stations such as ingredient staging, mixing, quality checking, and final packaging of baked goods.

Shift is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Candidates should have high school education and 0-1 years’ experience, with attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, food service, fast food, or assembly line preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load raw ingredients and baking materials onto the production line.
• Inspect finished baked goods for quality and correct packaging.
• Pack finished products into boxes or trays, seal them, and stack onto pallets.
• Follow strict food safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
