Qualifications

• Previous baking or pastry experience preferred.
• Comfortable overnight shift and fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with minimal supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and health-code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Mix, proof, and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings ahead of the morning rush.
• Monitor ovens, timers, and baking conditions to keep quality consistent.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and health-code compliant throughout the shift.
• Label, date, and rotate product to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Communicate with the morning team about inventory, special orders, and low stock items.
