Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Overnight Awake Counselor to support adults with brain injuries in our Brain Injury program, providing companionship, personal care, and night-time monitoring.

This role requires wakefulness during night shifts (Friday and Saturday, 11pm–9am), assisting with routines, medication administration per MAP, and reporting health concerns. A high school diploma and a valid Massachusetts driver's license are required.

Eliot is seeking a dedicated Overnight Awake Counselor to join our Brain Injury program which provides high-quality, innovative programming to adults with brain injuries to enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.

As an Overnight Awake Counselor, you will provide support to adults with cognitive and physical needs. This position requires the candidate to be awake, alert, and available to individuals throughout the course of the night providing assistance and support as needed.

Hourly Rate

$20—$20 USD
