Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Overnight Awake Counselor for the Brain Injury program to support adults with brain injuries, promoting independence and community engagement.

You will provide overnight coverage, assist with personal care and routines, administer MAP-regulated medications, and monitor health and behavior while progressing toward personal growth and safety during night hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma
• Experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment
• Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation and daily routines; administer medication according to MAP regulations
• Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary; report significant health, psychiatric and behavioral issues
