Qualifications

• Occasional travel to customer sites for less than 10% of the total work time.

Responsibilities

• Owner of Ginkgo’s Autonomous Lab during overnight hours.
• Execute remote recovery efforts with customers.
• Lead root-cause investigations for software-hardware failures.
