Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Night audit or accounting experience preferred; strong computer knowledge and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Manage the manager-on-duty during 3rd shift, process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and assist guests.
• Audit: Balance all revenue sources and complete daily financial reports; close the financial day for the hotel.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: Maximize room revenues, monitor availability, enforce booking policies, and promote up-selling while controlling costs.
• Self/Workload Management: Plan, organize and prioritize tasks; assist other overnight staff and attend required meetings.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow emergency procedures and incident reporting.
