B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the TownePlace Suites property.

The role involves balancing the previous business day, closing financials, and acting as manager-on-duty during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You will assist guests, verify accounts, and help drive accurate nightly reporting to ensure security and guest satisfaction. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in guest service; prior night audit or accounting

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Prior night audit or accounting experience preferred.
Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills required.
Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Guest Service: act as manager-on-duty during 3rd shift, handle check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations and assist guests.
Audit: balance revenue sources and complete daily financial reports; close the financial day for the hotel.
Financial Results and Cost Control: maximize room revenues, monitor availability, up-sell rooms and amenities, adhere to cash handling policies.
Self/Workload Management: plan, organize and prioritize; assist overnight staff and attend meetings.
Safety/Risk Management: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow incident procedures.
