B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for TownePlace Suites to balance and close the day’s revenues, process daily reports, and manage overnight guest services with sound judgment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in guest service, and strong computer skills; prior night audit or accounting experience is preferred. This on-site position emphasizes accuracy, security, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Prior night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Balance and close previous business day and complete daily financial reports.
• Act as manager-on-duty during overnight shift; oversee guest interactions and service recovery.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Assist guests and coordinate with other departments as needed while maintaining safety protocols.
• Follow hotel policies and security procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
