7-Eleven is seeking a Sales Associate for a Franchisee to help create and maintain an exceptional store experience for guests. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee staffing, coach employees, and make sound operational decisions as directed by the franchisee.

This role includes recruiting and training staff, maintaining inventory, promoting the brand in the community, and driving sales and profits, while the franchisee conducts the hiring process.
