Job summary

Justice Resource Institute's Journey Home is seeking an Overnight Assistant Supervisor to support a dynamic team and ensure safe, therapeutic care for adolescents in a 24-hour setting.

The role runs Sunday to Wednesday, 10:00PM to 8:00AM, with pay ranging $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Overtime may be required; JRI offers training, supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Residential program or mental health facility experience.
• Supervisory experience in mental health facility.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Maintains valid driver’s license.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site, including rotating on‑call coverage.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Help maintain safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Assist staff and programming by applying policies and procedures of Journey Home's Residential Department.

Journey Home

Journey Home is an intensive Group Home setting for adolescents that specializes intraumainformed care. Journey Home provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Schedule

Sunday - Wednesday, 10:00PM to 8:00AM

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
