Job summary

Seattle Food Partners LLC is seeking an Overnight Janitor for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas during the overnight shift. This on-site role requires adherence to safety guidelines, routine deep-cleaning, and timely reporting of maintenance issues to management.

The position is full-time, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the requirement to obtain a Port of Seattle Airport Badge before employment.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial kitchen cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to obtain Port of Seattle Airport Badge (background check required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, surfaces, and storage.
• Maintain dining areas: sweep, mop, wipe tables, empty trash.
• Organize back-of-house spaces: hallways, prep rooms, break areas.
• Perform deep-cleaning: mats, equipment, drains.
• Remove trash/recycling and dispose properly.
• Restock supplies: paper products, cleaners, liners.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and chemical handling.
• Reset areas before morning staff arrive.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Work independently during the overnight shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
