Job summary

Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a compassionate Admissions Coordinator / Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Admissions Team on the overnight shift. The role combines clinical assessment with coordination of referrals and admissions, ensuring smooth and efficient care access for patients.

We offer 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, a shift differential, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Nights Admissions RN.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review admissions, complete medication reconciliation, and obtain admission orders from physicians.
• Coordinate referrals from hospitals, facilities, and community agencies and respond within designated timeframes.
• Facilitate admissions during overnight hours and ensure timely communication and clinical review.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and secure initial pre-authorization for treatment and admission.
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation to support payor authorization.
