Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Overnight Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time, on-site position with a sign-on bonus eligible. The role requires 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and the ability to care for diverse populations in a behavioral health setting.

Pay ranges from $34 to $54.50 per hour depending on license and experience, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000–$5,000.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license (RN or LPN) and eligibility to practice in MA.
• CPR certification and TB screening are required.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and navigate behavioral health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Federal and Joint Commission safety and confidentiality standards.
• Provide patient care and education per ASAM/methadone protocols when applicable.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and recovery.
