Job summary

Allied Universal in Ontario, CA is seeking an experienced Security Officer Overnight Driver for a retail distribution location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain security while driving a company vehicle.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year of security experience, and comfort using a computer or tablet. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with pay at $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required by company policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates while following access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials and authorization.
• Maintain access logs and documentation; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, exterior areas, and perimeter.
