Job summary

Allied Universal in Ontario, CA is seeking a Security Officer Visitor Management Driver to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and support a welcoming environment while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1 year security experience, and the ability to work afternoons Tue-Sat. A high school diploma and background check are standard, with Allied Universal offering

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors while enforcing site access procedures.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, deliveries, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle and delivery records.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
