Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• All Allied Universal applicants may be considered with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalated as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain accurate access logs and incident reports and communicate findings to site contacts.
