Job summary

3D Systems in Littleton is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome parts. You will ensure parts are prepared for the next manufacturing stage, contributing to revolutionary medical manufacturing solutions.

The role is onsite, with Monday–Friday overnight hours (10:00 pm–6:30 am) and a daytime training period on the 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks with precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D printing machines for various materials.
• Adhere to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot builds and resolve issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Work the overnight shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am) after initial training.
• Participate in daytime training on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
