Job summary

3D Systems in Littleton is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome parts. You will ensure parts are prepared for the next manufacturing stage, contributing to revolutionary medical manufacturing solutions.

The role is onsite, with Monday–Friday overnight hours (10:00 pm–6:30 am) and a daytime training period on the 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks with precision.

3D Systems in Littleton is adding a Manufacturing Machine Operator to our production team to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. We're seeking a full-time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week, Monday–Friday overnight operations (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)

• Operate Advanced Equipment: Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials

Education

• HS Diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials, equipment, and production components weighing up to 50 pounds as part of routine manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• This position serves the Manufacturing Team, which includes the need to work on export controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.
