Job summary

Materialise Medical in the United States is seeking candidates for a full-time, Monday–Friday 1st shift role in a medical production facility. You will prepare 3D printing machines, perform post-processing, and ensure quality of surgical guides and implants while maintaining documentation. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills in MS Windows and MS Office.
• Completion of an administrative, medical, or technical educational program is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with GMP/ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support production.
• Familiarity with shipping programs (FedEx/UPS/DHL).
• Experience performing quality checks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various 3D printing machines (SLS, SLA, DLP, SLM) for builds.
• Perform post-processing tasks.
• Perform quality checks on surgical guides, implants, and models.
• Maintain match between customized product and documentation.
• Follow procedures to ensure proper delivery of products.
• Support production facility with cross-training and teamwork.
