Guldmann Inc in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Installation Technician to deploy overhead patient lift systems in healthcare facilities nationwide. You will configure, install, and certify equipment, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes while working away from home on a four weeks on-site / one week at home rotation.

The role requires carpentry or journeyman experience, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (minimum) and 3–5 years construction/ installation experience.
• Experience with framing, ceiling boards and low voltage work.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and certify overhead patient lift systems per codes and standards.
• Install and troubleshoot systems at healthcare facilities, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with clients and project teams on configurations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance certifications for installations.
• Travel extensively, four weeks on-site followed by one week at home.
• Adhere to building practices and safety standards throughout installation.
