Job summary

Global patient-care equipment company is seeking a hands-on Installation & Service Technician to install, service, and maintain ceiling-track lift systems in hospitals and long-term care facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction-related experience, OSHA 10 preferred, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel regionally with overnight stays. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, installation, or related fields.
• OSHA 10 preferred; OSHA 30 a strong plus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install ceiling-track lift systems and related equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and review construction drawings and room layouts.
• Audit installations to confirm quality, safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, storage, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment, complete repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Train hospital and long-term care staff on proper equipment operation.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Travel to regional and out-of-state project sites, including overnight travel.
