Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Class B Lineman - Overhead to assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. This role demands rigorous physical work across various locations, with specific responsibilities including installing transformers and troubleshooting high voltage systems.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and be prepared for physical demands and outdoor work conditions. A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent field experience in overhead electrical distribution.
• Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Capable of working outside in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintenance, or repair work on overhead electrical systems.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Work safely while complying with all company safety rules.
