InfraRec. in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Distribution (Overhead Electrical) to lead a 70-man overhead distribution operation.

You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate has hands-on field leadership as Construction Manager, Superintendent, or General Foreman within utility construction, with a track record of delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Overhead distribution construction experience.
• Experience leading large field operations.
• Strong safety knowledge and OSHA familiarity.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a 70-man overhead distribution operation.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee projects to be completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and field leaders.
• Monitor financial performance including labor productivity and costs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communication.
• Support estimating, planning, and operational strategy.
