Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in field operations preferred.
• Associate's or technical degree or equivalent training is preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency in overhead electric distribution operations.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating company and contractor crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to maintain overhead electric distribution systems safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily work activities to meet budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve area purchase orders, invoices and payroll activities.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders and emergency response coordination.
• Promote best practices to achieve high productivity and low costs.
