Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with dock equipment or related mechanical trades, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to grow through training and on-the-job mentorship in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with overhead doors, dock equipment, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance work.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair overhead doors and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance to improve reliability and safety.
• Respond to customer service calls promptly and professionally.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Maintain service documentation and work orders.
• Communicate findings to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely.
