Job summary

5 Star Electric, LLC is seeking an OH Distribution Lineman to join a field team in Grove City, OH. This role requires climbing poles, operating heavy equipment, and performing line work on energized circuits in varied weather.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of experience, a valid CDL Class A, OSHA 10 certification, and be willing to work overtime and storm duty. MVR and background checks are required; on-site work location in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience or equivalent hours.
• Must possess valid State CDL Class A license and be able to obtain medical examiner card.
• Ability to work overtime and storm response as needed.
• Must pass criminal and MVR background checks and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate energized and de-energized lines and equipment safely.
• Climb poles and perform duties in various weather conditions.
• Read data from meters and record results accurately.
• Repair, string and install distribution equipment and transformers.
