Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digging, trenching, pole setting, and site preparation.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment for linemen and operators.
• Set up work zone protection, including flagging and traffic control.
• Assemble materials on the ground and assist with hoisting using handlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support crew operations as directed.
