Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading maintenance, reliability, crane, or asset management programs.
• Experience with overhead cranes, hoists, rigging, or lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and ASME crane standards.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Crane Program Ownership: Develop and maintain the site’s crane reliability and compliance program.
• Establish standards for inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, and operation of cranes and hoists.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASME B30 standards, CMAA recommendations, and company policies.
• Lead crane-related safety initiatives and risk reduction efforts.
• Manage compliance with OSHA 1910.179, OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30 Series, CMAA specs and local regulations.
• Review crane incidents, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop lifecycle replacement strategies and asset management plans.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs; monitor PM and backlog.
• Coordinate contractor inspections, testing, and third-party vendors.
