Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment to move blades, molds, spar caps, shear webs, root pre-fabs and other components.
• Ensure safety of all associates during crane operations by following safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Production Team Leaders to prioritize crane movements in support of schedules.
• Maintain sufficient space and staging for demolded blades and materials.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report issues.
• Assist in maintaining efficient material flow to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor other team members as backups for crane operations.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
