Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes to move blades, molds, spar caps, and production components safely.
• Follow safety procedures and load-handling requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Team Leaders to support production schedules.
• Maintain adequate space and staging for demolded blades and materials.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and report issues.
• Support efficient material flow to minimize downtime.
• Train teammates as qualified backups for crane operations.
• Uphold company policies and EH&S standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
