Job summary

Shamrock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oven Process Technician to set up and operate industrial ovens, bake or sinter polymer materials, and monitor process controls. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement on the production line.

You will verify materials, run bake cycles, document results, and support 5S and lean initiatives while complying with EHS requirements in a high-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with thermal processing or polymer/chemical processing preferred.
• Experience with industrial ovens, kilns, or heat treat equipment and basic SPC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches by verifying materials, lot numbers and moisture/contamination status.
• Load, operate and unload industrial ovens per recipes and setpoints.
• Confirm bake profiles with Ignition software and document critical process parameters.
• Perform start-up checks, warm-up cycles, changeovers, and minimize scrap.
• Complete batch records, maintain traceability, and support root cause analysis.
• Follow SOPs, control plans, 5S, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
