Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking an Oven Operator for the Pre-Cooked Department to safely operate molded and belt ovens, producing egg patties and omelets to meet quality specs.

You will maintain HACCP records, follow GMPs, and collaborate with the Lead Operator to optimize throughput while upholding safety and product integrity. Prior oven system and heat control experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, ratios and percentages.
• PIT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens (molded and belt) and manage multiple units.
• Maintain safety, GMPs and HACCP compliance.
• Set pre-heat and oven temperatures and monitor flow rates.
• Troubleshoot oven issues and support maintenance.
• Document HACCP records and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with Lead Operator to optimize production.
